How to make a Transparent text with pictures with GIMP
I'm bad at explaining stuff so if you get stuck on something feel free to PM me.

Step 1:
Go to File>New Press the arrow thing near Advanced Options. Go down to Fill With and press the arrow and click transparent.
It should look like this (CLICK THE WHITE THING BELOW SPOILER)

Step 2:
Click the A button that looks like this.
Get your font and Color ready. Write your text and your outcome should turn out something like tihs.

Step 3:
Press Path from Text from the A box. It looks like this

After you did that press Shift V or go to Select>From Path. There should be a outline on your text.

Step 4:
Time to add an actually outline with color !
Press Select>Grow. Put it at 2 then select ok.
Then go to the Blend tool. It looks like this.
Put the mode on Behind. Then the offset at 100.00. Choose the color you want for your outline. Make sure your thing looks like this except for the outline color. Because you can do whatever color you want.
AFter you did that drag the tool across your text all of it and you have an outline!
THe outcome should look somewhat like this.

Step 5:
Time to add a Bevel and Drop Shadow!
How to add a Bevel
Go to filters>decor>bevel. Put it at 5 -10. You don't want to bevel it to much or you will see black. You may do it higher just make sure you dont see any black. It should look like this when you are doing it.
Then your done with Beveling!

How to add a Shadow.
Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow.
It should look like this. You can change the offset y and offset x, and you can change the color.

Then press okay!
Yay your done with your transparent text almost.
Step 6:
Adding a Brush.
Go to the Brush button which looks like this.
Choose your brush and color and make sure the mode is on behind. THen place it wherever you want.
After that your done!
Make sure you save it as .PNG!
